Happy Birthday Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!!!

Hello Everyone!

Today I'm here with a special Birthday cards for our favorite Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday Challenge. They are celebrating 7th anniversary. Simon Says Stamp is my favorite company for any kind of craft supplies and their design teams create awesome inspirations for everyone of enhance their creativity.

So for their birthday celebration I have 2 birthday cards for all of you. Let's see the cards first.

In both the cards, the background stamping is done using various stamps from the Simon Says Stamp - Flower Friends set. One card is in cool toned colors and other is in warm toned inks. I tried to create a gradual gradient of colors in both the cases. The sentiments are from Stampendous - Birthday Wishes stamp set. I die cut the sentiment into a heart shape . Attached the hearts on the background panel using foam tape. On the cool toned background I adhered the heart sentiment in the center so the colors seem to explode from the center. And in case of the warm toned background, I placed the heart shaped sentiment a bit off-set which give an entirely different look to how the card looks. Finally to add finishing touches, I attached matching colored rhinestones on a few floral elements on the background.

I'm submitting this card to :
Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday Challenge.

I hope you all liked my card. I would love to hear back from all of you. Thank you very much for taking your time to notice it. Hope to hear again from all of u soon. Till then take care. :)

Happy Anniversary Aai-Baba!!!

Hello everyone!!!
Today is another special day!
Its my Mom & Dad' wedding anniversary!
As I'm from Mumbai, there is always a bank holiday on their wedding anniversary because 1st May is also called Maharashtra Day. So we all were always at home. And with the start of May month, Mom always made Aam-ras [Mango pulp sweet]. We never did any big celebration but still.... we had fun!!!

But since 2009 we 4 haven't been together on this day. I'm here in the US, Dad in Pune, Sujay in Nashik & Mom in Mumbai. Last 2 years atleast Mom, Dad & Sujay were home & I usually did video conference from here. It was still fun. But this year its completely different, Mom & Sujay are at our native place [Talgaon, near Malvan, Maharashtra], Dad is in Baroda, Gujarat & I'm sitting here in my bed in Virginia, US.

Due to this moving I was not able to send my greeting card to you both. So this is my little something for you.

Wish you both a very "Happy Anniversary!!! May God bless you both & may all your wishes come true....I hope you liked my gift to you.
I hope you all liked it too. Thank you very much for taking your time to notice it. Hope to hear again from all of  u soon. Till then take care. :)
